Responsibilities
As an IT professional, you are expected to:
- Maintain organization’s computer systems, networks and hardware to ensure smooth, efficient operations and security.
- Install, configure and maintain servers, operating systems, applications and other IT infrastructure.
- Monitor, analyze, and manage LANs, WANs and cloud platforms.
- Provide a safe and healthy environment and follow safeguarding procedures.
- Implement and manage IT security protocols to protect systems and data from threats and vulnerability.
Requirements
- Expertise in operating systems, networking, hardware, software applications and clouds platform.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and system outage.
