Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Officer located in Port Harcourt.
• The IT Officer will manage the company’s IT infrastructure, ensure network security, and support end-users with technical issues.
• Responsibilities include maintaining hardware and software, implementing new technologies, troubleshooting system problems, and conducting regular system updates and backups.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT infrastructure management and network security
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting end-user technical issues
• Skilled in hardware and software maintenance
• Knowledge of implementing and managing new technologies
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Professional certifications (such as CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) are a plus
