Job Summary

• The IT Infrastructure and cybersecurity Manager oversees the company’s IT systems, data management, and analytics tools.Â
• They ensure system security, accuracy of company data, and support business decisions with real-time insights.Â
• The role includes managing IT operations, developing dashboards, driving process automation with AI, and ensuring compliance with data regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all IT infrastructure and ensure data security and accuracy.
• Maintain databases, ERP systems, and business software.
• Manage IT vendors and implement AI for process optimization.
• Establish IT policies and support staff training.
• Build dashboards and automate reporting.
• Analyze KPIs to guide strategic decisions.
• Implement predictive analytics and ensure data consistency.
• Provide MIS reports for audits and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• BSc in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field (MSc is a plus).
• Minimum of 7+ years in IT/MIS roles, with 4+ years in senior management.
• Strong database and BI tool knowledge
• ERP, cybersecurity, and AI tools experience
• Data analysis, forecasting, and advanced Excel
• Leadership, project management, and regulatory compliance knowledge.
