IT Helpdesk Engineer
Salary: 220 Gross
What You’ll Do:
- Provide day-to-day IT support to staff across hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Troubleshoot and maintain LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks, firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other enterprise applications.
- Assist with user onboarding, system setups, and account management.
- Ensure IT security best practices are followed.
- Work on IT projects including upgrades, migrations, and network improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in IT helpdesk or technical support.
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or ITIL are an added advantage.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
