Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Agbara. The Inventory Officer will be responsible for tracking inventory records, organizing stock storage, monitoring stock movements, and ensuring optimal re-order levels. Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards will be vital.

Qualifications

• OND, HND or B.Sc. in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
• Proficient in inventory management software; familiarity with ERP systems
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records
• Proficiency in Inventory Control and Inventory Management to ensure stock optimization
• Strong Analytical Skills for monitoring inventory data and identifying trends
• Effective Communication and interpersonal relationship skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors
• Available to work varying shifts including weekends
