Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records by updating and reporting stock levels, receipts, and reorders.
• Monitor stock levels and raise requisitions for replenishment where necessary.
• Track and document all inventory movements, including returns and damaged items.
• Creating purchase order for suppliers
• Generate reports as may be required.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, stock management procedures, and audit requirements.
• Conduct regular stock reconciliation with system records.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure a smooth flow of goods.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in stock records.
• Ensure adequate labelling with efficiency
• Support cycle counts, audits, and inspections as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock management.
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Accounting, Statistics or related field.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems(Sage200) and MS Excel.
• Good numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Integrity, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
