Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Inventory Accountant, located in Ibadan, Oyo State.
• The Inventory Accountant will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, performing stock management duties, and ensuring the integrity of financial data.
• Day-to-day tasks include processing journal entries, performing regular stock audits, reconciling inventory variances, and collaborating with other departments to enhance operational efficiency.
• The role also involves analyzing inventory trends and assisting in financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Stock Management and Journal Entries (Accounting) skills
• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Accounting
• Experience in Finance
• Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in Lekki
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification such as ACA or ACCA is a plus
• Experience in the consumer goods industry is desirable
