Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage partnerships with local and international organizations for entrepreneurship programmes and international admissions.
• Source and negotiate collaborative opportunities with marketing agencies, educational consultants, and global institutions.
• Oversee all aspects of international admissions (undergraduate, postgraduate, and exchange programmes).
• Design and implement digital marketing strategies to drive visibility, enrolment, and partnership growth.
• Manage all official social media accounts, creating engaging and impactful content for outreach and branding.
• Monitor social media trends and audience engagement analytics to improve marketing efforts.
• Represent the hub at networking events, webinars, education fairs, and partnership meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align goals across entrepreneurship training and international recruitment.
• Prepare regular reports on partnership activities, admissions progress, and campaign performance.

Requirements

• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of international education systems and admission processes.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in content creation, digital branding, and audience engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate and maintain partnerships with both local and international stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and independently drive results.
• Graphic design and video editing skills (using Canva, CapCut, etc.) are an added advantage.
• Previous experience in international student recruitment or managing entrepreneurship initiatives is a strong plus.
