• We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented Internal Control Officer to join our banking operations team. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of internal control procedures, risk management practices, and regulatory expectations within a microfinance or commercial banking environment.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of relevant experience
• HND or B.A./B.Sc.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to identify control gaps, ensure compliance, and recommend process improvements
