Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Auditor based in Abuja.
• The Internal Auditor will be responsible for planning and conducting audits, analyzing financial data, preparing audit reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• The role requires identifying risks, recommending improvements, and offering insights to enhance organizational efficiencies. Regular communication with management and stakeholders is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Audit Reports, and conducting Financial Audits
• Strong Analytical Skills for assessing risks, processes, and financial data
• Finance knowledge to ensure compliance and support accurate financial evaluations
• Effective Communication skills to convey findings and recommendations clearly
• Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and ethical standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional certifications such as CPA or ACA are an added advantage)
• Previous experience in auditing within the construction or infrastructure sector is a plus
