• The role is responsible for evaluating the adequacy, effectiveness, and effciency of the organization’s internal controls, risk managernent, and govemance processes
• This role ensures compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices while identifying opportunities for operational improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or any related discipline
• A Professional certification or progress toward CAN, ACCA, CIA or equivalent will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Knowledge of NAICOM regulations, the Insurance Act, IFRS 17, and Solvency II (or equivalents).
• Familiarity with core insurance operations (life, general, or reinsurance) is higNy desirable.
• Experience with audit tools and data analytics is a plus.
