As an Inside Sales & Admin Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial dual role, providing essential support to our sales team while also managing key administrative functions. Your contributions will be vital in streamlining our processes and ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.
Responsibilities
Inside Sales Support:
- Inquiry to Order (ITO) responsibilities, including simple quotation and bid preparation
- Order to Remittance (OTR) responsibilities (order booking, sales backlog and receivables management)
- Assist in qualifying leads and identifying customer needs through phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and invoices.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Coordinate with the field sales team to schedule appointments and provide necessary sales collateral.
- Address customer inquiries and provide basic product information and support.
Administrative Coordination:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting for the sales team.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related discipline.
- 1 – 3 years post NYSC experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills.
