Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for an Information Technology Support Officer.
• The IT Support Officer will be responsible for delivering technical support, troubleshooting IT-related issues, and maintaining desktop computers and printers.
• The role involves ensuring seamless IT operations within the organization, responding to technical queries, and setting up or maintaining IT equipment to support staff productivity.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and resolving technical inquiries
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and problem-solving in IT environments
• Knowledge of Information Technology systems and infrastructure
• Experience with Computers and Printer Support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for addressing user needs effectively
• Ability to work on-site and manage technical equipment in real-time
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are an advantage
