Role Description

• The IT Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, managing network and system administration, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of the bank’s IT infrastructure.
• The role includes monitoring and maintaining computer systems, installing and configuring hardware and software, and managing backups and data recovery processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Experience in cloud solutions, infrastructure and Network Administration
• System Administration skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are a plus.
