Our store is more than a shop; it is a destination where tradition, precision, and professional excellence meet.
Position Overview:
You are the face of our esteemed brand, providing an exceptional, knowledgeable, and discreet service to our clientele of barristers, solicitors, judges, law students, and academics. - Provide a consultative, personalized shopping experience, understanding each client’s specific needs (e.g., full court dress for a new barrister, a replacement wig, or critical legal texts).
- Expertly demonstrate products, explain features, materials, and traditions (e.g., types of wigs: bench, bob, full-bottom; gown materials; book editions).
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through relationship-building and upselling/cross-selling (e.g., matching a gown with bands, a wig with a collar).
- Handle transactions accurately using our POS system and manage client accounts with discretion.
- Product Knowledge & Stewardship:
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of all products: wigs (maintenance, fitting), gowns (sizing, styling), accessories, and key law publications.
- Assist with fittings for wigs and gowns, ensuring a perfect and comfortable fit.
- Care for high-value, delicate inventory, including light maintenance of wigs and gowns on-site.
- Stay updated on new legal editions, product lines, and traditional protocols.
- Store Operations:
- Ensure the sales floor is immaculate, organized, and reflects our brand’s prestige.
- Manage inventory through restocking, receiving shipments, and conducting stock counts.
- Assist in creating visually appealing displays for both attire and books.
- Uphold all security procedures, especially for high-value items.
