In-House Sales Executive
Location: Ikate, Lekki – Lagos
Job Summary:
We are hiring a proven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate must come with an active clientele base or hot leads and be ready to deliver immediate sales.
Responsibilities:
- Market and sell Mshel Homes’ properties to clients.
- Leverage existing leads and build new ones.
- Attend weekly Monday meetings and other scheduled engagements.
- Provide updates on sales activities and client follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales.
- Must have an active clientele base/hot leads.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be based in Lagos (preferably Lekki/Ikate).
- Immediate resumption.
Compensation & Benefits:
- 7% commission on every closed sale.
- Salary begins after 1–3 months of active sales.
- Marketing resources: flyers, ID card, newsletters, mobility, call cards.
- Airtime stipends and full staff benefits.
Resumption: Immediate.
