Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts and legal agreements.
• Ensure the company’s compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide sound legal advice and guidance to management on various matters.
• Represent the company in official and legal proceedings when necessary.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law with a minimum of 2 years post-call experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks within the financial sector.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

Salary
N150,000 monthly (Net).
