• We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. If you are strong in talent sourcing, passionate about recruitment, and have experience in the tech, fintech, or telecommunications industry, we would be excited to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job analysis, sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Develop and maintain effective recruitment channels and talent pipelines
• Handle onboarding, probation, exits, and other HR administrative procedures
• Assist in the development and optimization of HR policies and processes
• Support employee relations, performance management, training, and other HR functions
• Collaborate with different teams to solve HR-related issues and ensure smooth communication

Requirements:

• Based in Ibadan
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, with strong talent sourcing and hiring capability
• Experience in tech, fintech, or telecommunications industries is highly preferred
• Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• High level of responsibility, execution ability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
