Role Overview
- This role is designed for a forward-thinking HR professional with strong expertise in talent management and data analytics.
- The successful candidate will support inmanagingfull HR value chain — from recruitment and engagement to learning, development, and succession planning — while leveraging data insights to drive strategic people decisions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to design, implement, and monitor talent strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and retention.
- Lead learning and development initiatives, career progression frameworks, and succession planning.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to generate actionable insights for workforce planning and decision-making.
- Track and report HR KPIs, dashboards, and trends to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Serve as a culture champion, promoting employee well-being, professional growth, and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, standards, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification – CIPM, SHRM, CIPD – is an added advantage).
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in HR with strong exposure to talent management and HR analytics.
- Excellent command of HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with the ability to work across all organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset with critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a high sense of initiative.
- A self-driven professional with creativity, adaptability, and a passion for continuous improvement
Compensation
- Competitive monthly salary range: N300,000 – N350,000
