Qualifications and Requirements:
- BSc/ HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any other related field. A certification in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR Software.
- Working Knowledge of relevant labour laws.
- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience of retail chain operations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Proximity to the job location is a must.
