Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Supporting new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
- Assisting with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Addressing employee inquiries and providing basic HR guidance.
- Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assisting with performance management processes.
- Contributing to a positive and engaging work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- 1 – 2 years of proven experience in a Human Resources role
- Sound understanding of basic HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google space (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
