Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Supporting new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Assisting with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Addressing employee inquiries and providing basic HR guidance.
  • Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with performance management processes.
  • Contributing to a positive and engaging work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • 1 – 2 years of proven experience in a Human Resources role
  • Sound understanding of basic HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google space (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
