Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities
- Create Human Resource Systems and Structures
- Recruitment of talent by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the entire hiring process.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop training and development plans
- Develop and provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Assist in performance management processes
- Maintain employee records in line with company policies
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievances issues
Requirements
- Minimum of four (4) years of proven experience in the field of Human Resources.
- Human Resource Cerfitications and Educational Background
- Knowledge of HR functions
- Proficiency in MS Office applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and ethics.
Salary
N350,000 – N450,000 monthly
