Job Description

  • Are you a visionary HR leader ready to drive people, performance, culture, and profitability? We are seeking an experienced HR Manager who will play a strategic and operational role in shaping our organization’s future.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Alignment:

  • Identify, interpret, and align HR strategies with the company’s vision, mission, and long-term goals.
  • Develop short, medium, and long-term organizational plans that support growth and sustainability.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership by implementing disruptive HR strategies that keep the company ahead of competitors.

Revenue Growth & Cost Optimization:

  • Implement HR systems, structures, and employee programs that directly increase revenue, improve productivity, and reduce operational costs.

Performance Management & KPI Development:

  • Establish clear performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments.
  • Build and manage balanced scorecards for monitoring, evaluation, appraisal, and project performance measurement.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Development:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee training.
  • Develop a strong talent pipeline that supports business expansion.

Technology & Digital HR Innovation:

  • Champion HR technology, automation, and digital communication systems to improve workflow and staff engagement.

Employee Relations & Work Culture:

  • Foster healthy employee relations, discipline, and workplace harmony.
  • Ensure daily attendance reporting and compliance with internal policies across all levels.

Administrative Excellence:

  • Lead audit processes, documentation, and record-keeping with accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain, upgrade, and improve company office environments to support effective work.

Social Impact & Corporate Programs:

  • Champion company-led foundation programs and CSR initiatives.

Organizational Structure & Policy Development:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize organizational structures, HR policies, and company frameworks to support growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with  a minimum of 10 years proven HR management experience.
  • Strong ability to link HR deliverables to profit, revenue, and business performance.
  • Expertise in performance management, KPI creation, and workforce planning.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and digital HR capability.
  • Experience in creating HR systems, policies, and organizational structures.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and drive cultural transformation.
