About the Role
- We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team in the cryptocurrency industry.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
- You will be responsible for building an efficient HR framework that supports our growth and evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks tailored to a fast- paced crypto/fintech environment.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits, and statutory compliance.
- Support training, career development, and capacity-building initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and relevant industry standards.
- Partner with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
- Provide HR insights and data-driven recommendations to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- 3 – 5 years proven HR experience, preferably in fintech, cryptocurrency, or tech-driven industries.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with HR software and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Proximity to location is very important.
