• Employee Records Management and Exit Management
• Periodic commute to and work from other branches as required.

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes Required

• BSc / HND or its equivalent
• 3-5 years experience as an HR generalist in a reputable chain of fast-food stores
• A professional certification in Human Resources (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM etc)
• The ability to use a Human Resources Information System is an advantage
• Good understanding of the retail business
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very organised and a good planner
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Trustworthy, discreet and credible
• Good coach
• Proactive, collaborative and persuasive
• Good with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
