What You’ll Do

 As an HR Associate, you’ll be a key player in supporting and strengthening our HR function. You’ll:

• Partner with the HR Manager and business units to implement people-focused strategies
• Support recruitment and onboarding of top talent
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
• Assist with performance management, learning, and development processes
• Ensure HR records, policies, and compliance are maintained with precision
• Provide day-to-day support to staff, ensuring an excellent employee experience

What We’re Looking For

 We want someone who’s not just “filling a role” but eager to contribute meaningfully. The right fit will:

• Have 1–3 years’ HR experience, especially recruitment and people management
• Be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Bring strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be comfortable in a high-pressure, high-performance environment
