Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and organized HR/Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and support the company’s human resources and administrative functions.
- The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business operations, handle recruitment, employee relations, and performance management while also coordinating key real estate and office activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency across all departments.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance management.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies are implemented.
- Coordinate administrative and facility management tasks.
- Support management in strategic planning and operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and labor regulations.
- Prepare reports and updates for management review.
- Assist in coordinating project activities and client documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, Operations, or Administration (experience in real estate is an advantage).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
