Job Summary

  • We are looking for a proactive and organized HR/Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and support the company’s human resources and administrative functions.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business operations, handle recruitment, employee relations, and performance management while also coordinating key real estate and office activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency across all departments.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance management.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies are implemented.
  • Coordinate administrative and facility management tasks.
  • Support management in strategic planning and operational improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and labor regulations.
  • Prepare reports and updates for management review.
  • Assist in coordinating project activities and client documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR, Operations, or Administration (experience in real estate is an advantage).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
