• Cordinating end to end recruitment process.
• Coordinate orientation and training session and onboarding of new staff
• Conflict Resolution
• Drive performance management initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and overall organisational effectiveness.
• Oversee employee relations matters, navigating complex issues and fostering a positive work environment.
• Design and deliver comprehensive training and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws, regulations, and internal policies, maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with management to understand HR needs and priorities, providing strategic guidance and solutions.
• Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices, incorporating innovative approaches to drive continuous improvement and organisational success.
• Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years core HR experience
• Excellent organisational skills, ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficient with MS Word & Excel.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.
• ⁠Strong knowledge of HRIS
• ⁠Experience in a consulting/outsourcing firm
• ⁠Experience working with a tech organization is an added advantage
