Human Resource Officer
Duties
- Coordinate the entire hiring process, from writing job descriptions and advertising openings to screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer employee compensation, benefits, and leave policies, ensuring timely and accurate processing and communication.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies, with a strong emphasis on workplace health, safety, and security in a chemical and manufacturing context.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, performance reviews, and attendance, in both physical and digital formats.
- Assist in developing and implementing employee training programs to enhance performance, address skill gaps, and promote career development.
- Prepare reports, manage data for payroll processing, and handle exit administration for departing employees.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures across the organization to ensure consistency and alignment with business objectives.
- Support managers with the performance appraisal system and provide guidance on performance-related issues.
- Perform any other major tasks as assigned by the top management.
