Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Oversee the hiring process, from job posting to final selection.
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain and update job descriptions for all positions.
- Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and best practices.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote positive relationships between employees and management.
- Address employee disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process.
Performance Management:
- Develop and manage performance review processes.
- Work with managers to identify performance issues and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure clear communication of expectations and goals to employees.
- Monitor employee progress and provide feedback on performance.
Training & Development:
- Identify and assess training needs across the organization.
- Organize and facilitate employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Develop leadership training and succession planning programs.
- Promote career development opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Manage payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries.
- Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and performance-based compensation reviews.
- Advise employees on benefit offerings and assist with claims.
Compliance & Legal Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and workplace policies.
- Stay up-to-date on changes to employment legislation and implement necessary policy changes.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for employee files.
- Handle employee disputes and legal matters with proper documentation and process.
Workplace Culture & Employee Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
- Promote employee engagement through regular feedback surveys, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the company.
- Organize employee welfare programs and events.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases.
- Prepare HR reports for management, including turnover rates, training expenses, etc.
- Implement and oversee HR technology systems (HRIS) to streamline processes.
