- You’re a seasoned HR leader with over six years of experience in fast-paced environments.
- You’re a strategic thinker with expertise in HR policies, compliance, and shaping organizational culture.
- You’re certified in HR (CIPM, SHRM-CP, or equivalent), with strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- You’re tech-savvy, proficient in HR software, and skilled in MS Suite for managing and reporting HR metrics.
- You’re an excellent communicator, problem-solver, and collaborator.
Responsibilities
- You will develop, update, and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance and alignment with company values.
- You will design initiatives to foster a positive, high-performance culture across the organization.
- You will plan and execute employee engagement activities, feedback mechanisms, and retention strategies.
- You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs to attract and develop top talent.
- You will monitor employee productivity, address underperformance, and track adherence to reporting requirements.
- You will act as the primary contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and HR-related guidance.

Requirements
To be considered, you should have:
- A master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 years of proven HR leadership experience, with expertise in policy development and performance management.
- Professional certifications (CIPM, SHRM-CP, etc.) and a keen understanding of HR trends.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HR technology tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
