Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across operational and client-facing roles.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, reference checks, and selection processes.
  • Manage smooth onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Support line managers in setting KPIs and addressing performance-related issues.
  • Design and implement training plans to improve staff competencies, especially in customer service, travel management systems, and sales.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and internal controls.
  • Maintain HR records, contracts, and employee documentation.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or CIPM certification is an advantage).
  • 4–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a service-oriented or customer-facing industry.
  • Prior experience in a travel/tourism company or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar platforms).
