- We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our fast-growing fintech team.
- The ideal candidate will handle core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration
- Contribute to HR process improvement and culture-building efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably within fintech or tech-driven environments
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labor laws
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
