Human Resource Executive
Locations: Mainland and Island – Lagos
About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR reporting, along with a solid understanding of other core HR functions.
- This individual will support the HR department in driving effective people management practices and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key business functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
Performance Management:
- Coordinate and track the performance for employees across various locations.
- Support line managers in setting KPIs and performance improvement plans.
- Analyze performance data and recommend strategies for talent development.
HR Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare and maintain accurate HR metrics and dashboards (turnover, headcount, recruitment reports, etc.).
- Generate periodic reports and insights to support management decision-making.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Support employee engagement initiatives and feedback processes.
- Foster a positive work environment that aligns with company culture and values.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Support payroll and benefits administration as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a structured corporate or consulting environment.
- Proven strength in recruitment, performance management, and HR reporting.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Available to resume immediately.
