Job Summary

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to the Sales organisation, supporting the alignment of HR strategy with business objectives, talent planning, sales performance, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Deliver business insights via HR analytics, workforce planning, and reporting to enable data-driven decisions and enhance the capability, performance, and engagement of the Sales organisation.

  • Proven experience in HR strategy, talent management, performance management, and change management
  • Experience in a global or regional sales context is desirable

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-8 years cognate experience in the financial service industry · Professional experience in HR Strategy
