Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support company objectives and growth plans.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, retention, and exit.
  • Implement performance management systems and employee development programs.
  • Foster a high-performance culture that encourages innovation and accountability.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward programs that enhance motivation and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Use HR data analytics to track performance, engagement, and turnover.
  • Lead staff engagement, culture-building, and welfare initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and documentation.

Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring a well-structured and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office logistics, procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Supervise facility management and ensure smooth operations across departments.
  • Maintain accurate records for company assets, supplies, and operational expenses.
  • Support compliance and documentation requirements for company policies and regulatory filings.
  • Coordinate company-wide meetings, retreats, and events.
  • Provide administrative support to management and ensure alignment between departments.
  • Drive digitization and automation in administrative processes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources and Administrative Management, preferably in a tech-driven or fast-paced organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
  • Professional certification is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and office administration.
  • Excellent command of digital productivity tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to balance people management with operational efficiency.
  • A proactive, tech-savvy, and solution-oriented mindset.
