Job Summary
- We are looking for a competent HR/Admin Officer to oversee all administrative and human resource functions, ensuring smooth operations and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Organize training sessions and performance appraisals
- Oversee general office operations and logistics
- Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll records
- Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture
- Support management with administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of HR and admin experience
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
Salary
N200,000 monthly.
