HR Operations, Learning & Development Executive

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a HR Operations – Learning & Development Executive to join our dynamic HR team.
  • This role is critical to driving employee development, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment between business goals and workforce capability.

Key Responsibilities
Training Design & Delivery:

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across different departments and roles to identify skill and performance gaps.
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs (classroom, e-learning, on-the-job, and blended learning).
  • Create learning content, manuals, videos, and digital modules aligned with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate onboarding, induction, and role-specific training for new and existing employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs address real operational challenges.

Learning & Talent Development:

  • Develop leadership and supervisory training programs to support internal career progression.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives using feedback, performance metrics, and KPIs.
  • Partner with HR Operations to design employee development plans and career pathways.
  • Support succession planning through targeted development interventions.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and employee empowerment.

HR Operations:

  • Support the HR Manager in daily operations, policy implementation, and compliance monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain HR databases, ensuring accurate records of employee training, certifications, and performance evaluations.
  • Track and report on HR operational metrics such as turnover, training participation, employee engagement, and performance improvement.
  • Assist with HR audits, compliance checks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all units.
  • Support employee relations initiatives, including engagement surveys, welfare activities, and career progression programs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in HR operations, learning & development, or talent management (hospitality industry experience is a strong advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, training design, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS platforms, digital training tools, and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
