We\’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our dynamic team. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various capacities, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
• Manage employee data and records
• Support employee relations and resolve conflicts
• Administer employee benefits and compensation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in HR
• Available to resume immediately
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
