Responsibilities: 

• Partner with management to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development initiatives
• Act as a strategic partner to the Management to understand their business objectives and develop HR strategies to support them
• Facilitate the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters

Requirements:

• B.Sc. Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-3years’ experience as an HR Business Partner
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
• Experience in a sales-focused environment is key
• Willing to work on-site 2days per week 
• Salary budget is N100,000
