HR Generalist
Job Description / Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Handle payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR policy compliance.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes professionally.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Collaborate with management to drive employee engagement and retention.
Requirements
- BSc / HND qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and Nigerian labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
- Hospitality industry experience is an added advantage.
Salary
N250,000 / Month.
