HR Generalist

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Handle payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR policy compliance.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes professionally.
  • Support performance management and training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Collaborate with management to drive employee engagement and retention.

Requirements

  • BSc / HND qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  •  2–4 years’ experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and Nigerian labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
  • Hospitality industry experience is an added advantage.

Salary
N250,000 / Month.
