HR & Culture Officer

Summary:

We are looking for a people-centered, culture-forward HR & Culture Officer to support the Founder’s back office with aligning teams, hiring standards, culture audits, and cross-entity HR strategy across businesses and social projects.

Expectations:

  • Design HR frameworks applicable across all expressions of PDO (real estate, agriculture, non-profits).
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and documentation of all hires.
  • Build strong workplace cultures tied to the Founder’s leadership style.
  • Coordinate with team leads and support performance feedback across functions.

Requirements:

  • HR experience (minimum 3 years) or proven culture/people ops role across multiple teams.
  • Experience implementing recruitment systems, team engagement plans, and HR policies.
  • Strong documentation, onboarding, and people management experience.
  • Ability to influence and unify diverse teams with empathy and clarity.
