Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site and live in role based in Lagos for a House Manager.
• The House Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Children’s Shelter, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
• Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing household schedules, preparing meals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and conducting training sessions for household employees.

Note it is a live in role with some days off.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and experience overseeing team members
• Excellent Communication skills for both verbal and written interactions
• Experience in Training staff to maintain high standards of service
• Ability to ensure people management
• Proficiency in Cooking and meal preparation
• High level of organisational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in household management is a plus
• Experience in Child care is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree and skills in Sociology, Administration, or a related field is preferred
