Job Summary:

  • Creaniacs Talent Management is recruiting a competent and driven Hotel Supervisor on behalf of our client. While the role carries the Supervisor title, it functions at a managerial level to support daily hotel operations, lead staff, and ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Hotel Supervisor will report directly to the Executive Director for Operations and will work closely with the existing Hotel Manager to execute strategic goals and maintain service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across departments including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage.
  • Act as the key point of contact in the absence or delegation of the Hotel Manager to ensure smooth operational continuity.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by resolving complaints professionally and implementing personalized service standards.
  • Lead, supervise, and support hotel staff to maintain productivity, morale, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Track budgets, monitor expenditures, and control operational costs in alignment with revenue goals.
  • Manage inventory and procurement to ensure uninterrupted service and operational readiness.
  • Support implementation of occupancy-boosting strategies, special packages, and marketing promotions.
  • Conduct routine inspections across hotel facilities to uphold cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements applicable to the hospitality industry.
  • Liaise between departments to streamline workflow and resolve cross-functional challenges efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily operations, financial transactions, and staff performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or junior management role within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proactive approach to solving challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both guests and staff.
  • Thorough understanding of hotel functions including housekeeping, front desk operations, and F&B.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in budgeting, reporting, and inventory control.
  • Experience with hospitality software and property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and handle conflict constructively.
  • Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining quality standards.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
