Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Account Officer to support the finance function through accurate record-keeping, financial reporting, and effective management of daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor all financial transactions.
• Generate periodic management reports to aid decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Zoho Books.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.
• Effective communication, integrity, and organizational skills.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly plus applicable benefits.
