  • As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Hospitality Manager to lead and enhance the quality of our non-clinical services.

Position Overview

  • The Hospitality Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that patients, visitors, and staff experience the highest standard of comfort, cleanliness, service, and overall hospitality within the hospital environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in hospitality or healthcare settings and possess strong leadership and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all hospitality services, including housekeeping, food & beverage, portering, and front-of-house services.
  • Ensure that cleanliness, ambience, and comfort within patient areas meet healthcare and hospitality standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships for hospitality supplies and services, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Train, motivate, and evaluate hospitality staff to maintain high performance and customer focus.
  • Respond promptly to patient and visitor concerns or feedback regarding hospitality-related matters.
  • Supervise hospitality teams to maintain exceptional service delivery across all departments.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance systems to regularly evaluate guest and patient satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to ensure seamless service delivery and patient-centered care.
  • Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control protocols in line with hospital policies.
  • Support in planning and execution of official hospital events and special engagements.

Requirements

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is an advantage.
  • 5 – 8 years of proven experience in hospitality management, preferably within a healthcare or hotel environment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and service functions.
  • Understanding of patient care standards and infection control practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
