About the Job

  • We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Hospitality Manager with sales experience in (Restaurants, Lounges, events venue, clubs or similar hospitality businesses).
  • He/She will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performing teams at our restaurant and lounge.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and lounge, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and enforce SOPs, service standards, and operational best practices.
  • Monitor food quality, ambiance, guest flow, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
  • Lead, train, and mentor all front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and build a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Create staffing plans, schedules, and recruitment strategies to maintain optimal coverage.
  • Ensure consistent and outstanding guest experiences across all service periods.
  • Handle high-level guest feedback, escalations, and VIP requests.
  • Implement initiatives to improve guest satisfaction, brand loyalty, and return visits.
  • Manage budgets, P&L, cost controls, and financial forecasting.
  • Oversee inventory management, procurement, and supplier negotiations.
  • Drive sales through menu optimization, promotions, events, and upselling strategies.
  • Analyze financial reports and implement corrective measures to improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop events, campaigns, and brand activations.
  • Ensure the restaurant and lounge ambience, service style, and offerings align with brand standards.
  • Lead innovation in menu concepts, service models, and guest engagement experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, revenue growth, and service quality.
  • Oversee new outlet openings, renovations, and expansion projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5โ€“12 years of experience in hospitality in Restaurants, Lounges, events venues, or similar hospitality businesses.
  • Strong experience in Sales.
  • Strong background in restaurant, lounge, clubs or nightlife operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Proven ability to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of P&L, financial reporting, and operational performance metrics.
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-driven, and highly organized.
  • Experience in premium or luxury hospitality is an added advantage.
