Hospital Manager (Sokoto)

Provide overall leadership and coordination of hospital operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities across all departments.
Implement hospital policies, procedures, and strategic plans in line with healthcare regulations and best practices.
Oversee human resource functions including staff supervision, scheduling, performance management, and capacity development.
Manage hospital finances, including budgeting, cost control, revenue optimization, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate quality assurance initiatives to improve patient safety, service quality, and clinical outcomes.
Liaise with medical consultants, vendors, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational and management reports.
Oversee facility management, procurement, equipment maintenance, and inventory control.
Handle patient relations, complaints resolution, and continuous improvement of patient experience.
