Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Sales Representative (Client Engagement Officer) to join our team.
- This person will play a key role in promoting IfeanHealth’s services, engaging clients, and building lasting relationships with individuals and organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients for IfeanHealth’s healthcare services.
- Promote company offerings to individuals, hospitals, and corporate organizations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Conduct outreach campaigns, attend events, and follow up on leads.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare weekly reports on client engagement activities and outcomes.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client relations (healthcare experience is an added advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
