• The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong execution mincßet, deep industry knowledge, and experience in managing large, high-perforn-ing sales teanns.

Eligibility Criteria

• Academic/ Professional: BSc. from a reputable university.
• At least an MBA from an accredited academic institution.
• 10+ years Of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, with at least 5 years in the insurance industry.
• Must be an Associate Member of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria.
